Small Private Dining Room
Intimate, private and thoughtfully designed.
Our Small Private Dining Room offers an intimate setting for social gatherings and business occasions alike. Contemporary décor and comfortable seating create a warm atmosphere, while state-of-the-art smart glass can transition from clear to frosted at the touch of a button, allowing you to choose just how private you’d like your gathering to be.
It’s an ideal setting for executive dinners, presentations, showers, milestone birthdays, retirement celebrations and smaller rehearsal dinners.

Wine Room
An elegant backdrop for a memorable gathering.
Sophisticated yet inviting, our Wine Room is one of Taste Ridgeland’s most distinctive private spaces. A striking wine wall, ambient lighting and adjustable smart glass create a beautiful backdrop for celebrations and elevated dining experiences.
With room for up to 32 guests, the Wine Room is especially well suited for rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, showers, business dinners and private parties.

Large Private Dining Room
More room for everyone to come together.
Designed for larger celebrations and group gatherings, our Large Private Dining Room combines the privacy of a dedicated event space with the warm hospitality and Italian cuisine of Taste.
Flexible seating arrangements make it easy to tailor the room to your occasion, whether you’re hosting a rehearsal dinner, company gathering, family celebration or special dinner with a larger guest list. Smart glass provides additional privacy throughout your event.

Our team can create customized prix fixe menus for private events, with service options suited to your occasion and the way you’d like your guests to dine.

Beverage service can also be tailored to your event, with options including beer and wine service, a full bar, cash bar, consumption-based hosted tabs and prepaid drink tickets.
Food and beverage minimums apply to private events and vary depending on the room, day, time and season. When the applicable minimum is met, there is no separate room rental fee.

Private Events FAQ
How many guests can Taste Ridgeland accommodate?
Our three private dining rooms offer options for groups of different sizes. The Small Private Dining Room accommodates up to 24 guests for seated dining, the Wine Room accommodates up to 32, and the Large Private Dining Room accommodates up to 48. Cocktail-style capacities vary by room.
Are the dining rooms completely private?
Yes. All three spaces are fully enclosed private dining rooms. They also feature smart glass technology that can transition from clear to frosted for additional privacy.
Is there a room rental fee?
There is no separate room rental fee when the applicable food and beverage minimum is met. Minimums vary based on the room requested, day of the week, time of day and season.
Can you create a custom menu for our event?
Customized prix fixe menus are available. Depending on your event, service options can include plated dining, buffet service or a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres.
What bar options are available?
Options include beer and wine service, full bar service, cash bars, consumption-based bar tabs and prepaid drink tickets. Our event coordinator can help you determine which arrangement is best for your gathering.
Can we give a presentation during our event?
Yes. Each private room has a 75-inch television with screen sharing, HDMI and USB-C connections, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Please note that microphone systems are not available, and outside third-party audio equipment is not permitted.
Can we bring decorations?
Minimal decorations may be permitted with prior approval. Talk with your event coordinator about what you’re planning before bringing decorations into the restaurant.
Can we bring a cake or dessert?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, with the exception of approved specialty cakes or desserts. Please discuss these arrangements with your event coordinator in advance.
How long can we reserve a private room?
Private events typically last two to three hours. Extended time may be available depending on availability.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly if you’re planning an evening event, holiday gathering or event during a peak season.
